 Injection
molding is a manufacturing process for producing
parts from both thermoplastic and thermosetting
plastic materials. Injection molding is
the most common method of production, with
some commonly made items including bottle
caps and outdoor furniture.
We established injection molding
and assembly plants with 100,000 Class Cleanroom
and Standard Injection Molding workshops.
All conditions are met US FDA and ROHS requirements.
To insure manufacturing quality, we carry
out ISO9000 quality management system. With
our precision technology and our high quality control, our tolerance for the parts can reach up to 0.002-0.05mm.
